Cosmetic: Bleaching & Teeth Whitening
Tooth whitening is a well established and safe procedure in cosmetic dentistry. The whitening process is effective on most discolored teeth including teeth darkened from: aging, coffee, tea, colas, tobacco, trauma and even antibiotics. The degree of whiteness will vary depending on the structure of the teeth and the number of applications.

ZOOM! Professional Whitening System
The Zoom! Chairside Whitening System is a scientifically advanced tooth whitening procedure.  It is safe, effective and fast.  Approximately two hours in our office will give you dramatically whiter teeth!  Zoom! Chairside Whitening is ideal for anyone looking for immediate results.  The convenience of Zoom! in comparison to days of wearing trays or strips, makes it the perfect choice for the busy individual.

Custom Whitening Trays
This is a fast, safe and effective tooth whitening system.  The whitening gel is a thick solution, that is dispensed by Dr. Siefe and then applied by the patient at home using a clear and inconspicuous custom fitted tray made for you by our office.  The home bleaching is a series of treatments that are one hour so they can be done anytime.

INVISALIGN, The clear alternative to braces
Invisalign uses a series of clear aligners that are custom-molded to fit you. The virtually invisible aligners gradually reposition your teeth into a smile you’ll be proud of. Ease and benefits of this process for patients include:
• The ability to remove your aligners to eat, brush and floss
• Aligners change every two weeks
• Your teeth move little by little
• Regular progress checks with your dentist
• Results often in 6 months to 1 year

Cosmetic: Bonding & Veneers
Bonding is a term used for the process of adhering white (composite) filling material to tooth structure. Bonding can be used to reduce spaces between teeth (diastemas), repair broken or chipped teeth, and improve the shape of teeth.

Cosmetic: Porcelain Veneers
Porcelain Veneers are an excellent way to repair or enhance the appearance of front teeth. Natural looking porcelain veneers can be bonded directly to the enamel of existing front teeth to cover and protect these areas. They can be used to whiten teeth, close spaces and create a beautiful smile. Some examples are:
  • Straighten and improve crooked or misshapen teeth
  • Repair broken or chipped teeth
  • Whiten dark or discolored teeth
  • Reduce or eliminate spaces between teeth

Cosmetic: White Fillings
Using bonding techniques, we can replace unsightly, stained and discolored old fillings with white fillings that provide a natural looking appearance. In many areas of the mouth, white fillings provide a beautiful, more conservative and long lasting alternative to the metal filling.

Dental implants are an excellent option for anyone missing teeth or at risk of losing teeth. In many situations, dental implants can give back an individual's confident smile by improving their eating comfort and natural look.

Dental Implants are Titanium posts that are placed into the upper or lower jaw bone. The bone grows into the implant in order to support it. The implant acts as a replacement for the root portion of missing natural teeth and can serve as an anchor for replacement teeth such as crowns, bridges or removable dentures. Dental implants look and feel similar to natural teeth.

There are many different types of dental implants available. Dr. Siefe has extensive training and experience in dental implants and would be pleased to discuss the benefits with you.
