Appointments:
To schedule an appointment please call (805) 735-2702 or email us at drsiefe@gmail.com. New patients are always welcome.

Emergencies:
We provide our active patients 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week emergency coverage.

If an emergency arises while the office is open, please call the office as early in the day as possible so that we can best meet your needs promptly. In the event of an emergency during off hours, call the office at (805) 735-2702 and our answering service will page Dr. Siefe.

Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment time to another patient. Patients will be billed for late cancellations or no-shows.

Dental Insurance Plans:
Our office participates with most dental insurance plans. Patients are responsible at the time of services for co-payments, deductibles and other expenses and balances not covered by their insurance benefits.

Some alternative insurance plans (DPO and HMO) request that you see a specific provider. If we are not listed as a provider for your insurance group, we can still care for you, although you may be responsible for a larger portion of the charges. Please contact your employer, insurance carrier or our receptionist for information on your insurance coverage and benefits.

Financial Policy: 
Co-payments and co-insurance costs are due at the time of the visit. We are happy to accept check, cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover credit cards. For your convenience, "six months interest free" long term financing is available on approved credit.
